File Drop is a cross-platform file transport tool based on Wi-Fi network, which can help you find other devices in an easy way.
In 2014, there are no suitable ways to transfer files between different devices, especially between iOS, Android and PC. So we developed the program, to help students transfer files with Wi-Fi network directly. Devices in the same network can find each other in an easy way, and send or receive files without any other operations.
Now, we have multiple versions of File Drop, including File Drop for Windows, for Mac OSX, for iOS, for Linux, and for Android. The Windows, Mac OSX and Linux version are based on Adobe AIR Runtime, developed by Dian Xiong, you can view all the versions here.
This is an open source project, you can download directly, get source code, or just watch the demo video.
